Spirco's buildings serve virtually any use. Take a look at our photo gallery to see a vide variety of these uses. We ship these buildings nationwide.
Key Benefits
• Spirco uses a PBR panel on both the roof and
walls that features a purlin bearing leg. This
produces a much better looking finished product
and helps the installer when installing lap screws.
• Spirco provides a ZAC Long Life screw as a
standard feature for our PBR roofs.
• All of our systems are certified by a registered engineer. Spirco provides each customer with a letter of certification sealed by an engineer, easy to read erection drawings and details, and a shipping list. Our customers don't worry if their building will meet code.
• All of our overhead door framed openings are covered by trim. This prevents the building from having exposed red-iron and gives the customer a better looking product.
• All of our wall panels are coated with the Ceramestar 950 coating. The specifications are on the back of our commercial color charts. This coating comes with a 20-year warranty for wall applications.
• Corrugated downspouts are available in: white, light stone, light gray and burnished slate only. Any other color is manufactured on our trim break.
• All of our buildings now have corner angle that helps when securing the insulation.
• All of our clips for the girts and purlins are welded to the frames. We realize this is a benefit to the erector and choose not to pass on the extra labor costs associated with bolting the clips to the frame.
